Amidst a festival atmosphere, thousands of people both young and old gathered together in Hyde Park to wait out the Pope's arrival on Saturday evening.

The atmosphere was electric; dancing, music and a generally upbeat and positive mood drifted over the crowds as they awaiting the leader of the Catholic church.

It was a real moment in history seeing so many Catholics, both young and old joining together in celebration of their faith and openly praying in one of the greatest cities in the world. It really makes us proud of our faith and we hope that others will see the amazing gifts that faith can bring.
